About Coach Kim
For the past ten years I have worked with adults with Attention Deficit Disorder. Through individual and small group coaching sessions I help clients discover how they work best, find structures and strategies that match their needs; and offer them the support and accountability they need to take action.
I believe that my role is that of a Coach and Consultant. As a Coach my job is to aide, assist, teach, motivate, and champion my clients’ efforts. As a Consultant my job is to assess, identify, recommend, and strategize with my client in order to work through problem areas. I see each client as an individual searching for their own idea of success, and together we tailor a Coaching/Consulting program that suits each individual’s needs.
I received my ADHD Coach training from Catalytic Coaching and have taken advanced ADHD Coaching courses from Nancy Ratey. I have also taken the Becoming A Time Management Coach program from The Julie Morgenstern Organizing Institute.
Coaching has enabled me to work with clients from all over the country and help them manage the “Kaos” of everyday life. As a coach I draw on many sources including, my educational background in Management, my training as an ADD Coach, and even more from my own personal experience. I believe that my own struggle with personal growth and development enables me to understand and empathize with my clients on a much deeper level.
